"At first I was worried due to the stay at budget in in Milam tn. But once we checked in and got to room I was impressed. The owner and her work was very respectful and nice. It's quiet and she allowed us to BBQ and play music as long as we kept it at a low. Room was cleaned daily and you'll always be welcomed with a smile as you come in from work or whatever your purpose is there. If you need anything both of them are always there to assist you. Miss Jane and Monica are very great people and I'd most definitely stay there anytime im.in the area. Thank yall for making our stay comfortable and welcoming."

"Totally disgusting bathrooms, room was non-smoking but absolutely reaked of cigarettes, not handicap accessible at all & they photocopy your credit/debit card & claim its the owners policy. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!"

"Never again. The smoke smell is absolutely horrible! All of our belongings smells of smoke. The rooms are sooo outdated and nasty looking. The bed is hard as a rock, & pillows are super thin. The front desk receptionist was RUDE as can be. Basically called me a liar. To make a long story short my grandparents were staying there & our grandpa came out to help us bring our kids & belongings in, she kept saying he doesn’t have a room & that she would have to charge us another room fee. I had to get my grandma downstairs to prove he was staying with her! She never apologized or anything. Do not recommend especially if you have kids bc they want to sit there and try to charge you another room if you have kids. This place needs to learn how to treat customers & talk to them respectfully. This management is terrible!"
