"Excellent place to stay, Very clean, comfortable, Mr, Leonard the Manager is top notch. The owners are lucky to have him .Anytime I needed anything he was right there and took care of things. Cable With HD channels, Hot Showers, cool ac or heat with the changing temperatures, guest laundry area, The motel is right next to Burger King and Hardees walking distance of downtown Buena Vista and Dollar Genral which is convenient.Would definitely recommend to anyone while visiting this beautiful area. While staying you will meet xena his sidekick pit and blue heeler mix she is a sweetheart."

"Motel is an old one but the rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of hot water and I mean hot! Cold A/C. The manager is so SUPER Nice! And has the cutest and sweetest dog. He does it all by himself, check in, clean rooms, maintenance on everything. And always has a great attitude. Will definitely stay here again if or when we are back up here working."

"This is a great little motel! Well priced cheap motel. It’s quiet with friendly neighbors. Clean room, clean bathroom, and shower gets steaming hot with no problems. Mini fridge is pretty big and decent sized to hold a decent amount of food. There is laundry on site for $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Leonard is the gentleman that runs this place, and he does a fantastic job! Very nice, polite, friendly older gentleman who makes sure your stay is comfortable. When I first got here one of my lamps didn’t work, I called Leonard and he immediately brought me a working lamp to replace the non working one so I could see. Also, Leonard has a dog named zena, who is a Pit Bull and Blue Heeler mix and is absolutely beautiful and the sweetest dog ever, and also loves to play, and she watches over him to keep him safe."

"The manager Leonard is on top of things. It's been quiet and friendly here. Room is basic but comfortable and clean. No bed bugs or roaches in the rooms. This has been my get away location for years and I've never had a problem. Xena is the watchdog and keeps Leonard in line. She's a sweetie."
