"My husband and I stayed here for only one night and were a little disappointed, especially for a Hilton. When we walked in there were two attendants at the check in counter but they didn’t greet us at all. One, I believe was training or was just extremely shy. The other started chatting with their manager about changing her schedule, quitting, and gossiping about another supervisor. They were not quiet about it at all. There is a time and a place for that conversation and it’s not in a busy hotel lobby where guests can hear you. Super unprofessional. Once the attendant gave us our room key that was it. She didn’t point us to the elevator, explain where parking was or how to access it, Wi-Fi info, tell us what time breakfast was… nothing. We had to ask all the questions. Room was ok and looked a little outdated from the photos online. We were missing coffee cups, there was blood on the down comforter, some coffee or drink spilled on the wall, and the shower didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was decent for grab and go options and probably was the only positive during our stay. Hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and bars so that was awesome."

"sigh...........just got here in the the room, and it smells bad and pretty dinghy in here. $400+ dollars down the drain. It's bad when the hotels you're staying in leave such an sour feeling of disappointment that you don't even want to visit the other local businesses. This place is no different than your rural mom and pop motel in the middle of nowhere. I'd been better off sleeping at a truck stop."

"This is the second time I have stayed here. I love the location and affordability. Staff is nice but I have never had an issue with anything. Breakfast is a normal hotel breakfast. Rooms are clean. I just enjoy staying here."

"Front desk personnel were great! The room cleanliness was perfect. The free breakfast was always kept stocked and had great taste. The location is great if you're looking to explore all of downtown. Everything is within walking distance which makes everything easier. The rooms with balconies have great views as well."
