"We are a military family, and we are moving to NY from WA state, and we ended up in this hotel for a rest stop! Breakfast is amazing and perfect!! potatoes and sausage are so delicious!!! I'm so glad we stopped by here to take a rest stop!..our bathroom had a cute duckie!!! How cute my 2 yr old was so happy and my 7yr old was too! Thank you!"

"Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I stopped by during a long solo road trip during the holidays. It was a nightmare of a drive with bad weather and a flat tire. I must have looked like a wreck when I arrived without a reservation. The staff person at the desk was so kind and generous and made me feel good about my stop. I had a nice room near the door which allowed me to take the dog out. It was clean and comfortable. For the price, it can’t be beat. Breakfast in the morning was fine, warm food and coffee in my belly before continuing the long drive. I would absolutely stay again."

"Really enjoyed staying at the Best Western North Roanoke. Nice rooms with all the ammenities. The full breakfast was awesome. It came with the price of the room. If you are ever in the Troutville/Roanoke area and need a place to stay, I recommend this hotel. It had a fitness center, a small pool."

"We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. We were very impressed on how well kept it was. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They have a cute little pool we didn’t used, but it looked very nice. Will definitely stay here again if we pass through in the future."

"The first time we stayed here about 11 days ago, the room we were given had a damp musty smell. I made the management aware of this, and we were given another room. On our way back home, we stayed at this hotel again. Unfortunately, the room we were given this time had the same musty smell to it. Carpets were probably cleaned. However, whoever cleaned them failed to properly dry/vent them. Not helpful!"
