"This location KinderCare at Dogwood is the worst. The Director does not follow company guidelines. She does not follow the learning guidelines set forth by the company. They are often understaffed and they do not report incidents as they occur. I don’t think this is only at the Director level, I think it goes up the chain of command Otherwise, this director would’ve already been fired. As soon as we found this information out, our granddaughter was removed from their Lack of supervision and care. There are other Kindercare locations in this area that treat children and parents like they should be. I do not recommend this location of KinderCare."

"The new director doesn't care abut the safety, health, or security of the enrolled children. Multiple children left outside unattended on different occasions, and some of these events when improperly reported or completely unreported. Lastly, when an issue with a staff member's infant child's feeding schedule was brought to her attention, the director made it a point to tell the staff member that the child already got enough special privileges because she was a staff member's child and she couldn't honor the request of a feeding schedule change. If you care about the safety, security, and overall health of your children, you will stay far, far, far away."

"By far the best KinderCare center, in comparison to others (have had unfortunate experiences with other nearby locations). The Center Director, Tanya, creates such a welcoming experience for all families and truly drives inclusion for everyone who enters the building. The entirety of the staff are beyond sweet, professional, and truly demonstrate dedication to caring for your littles. I know my child is genuinely in great hands when I drop them off each day, and that safe and secure feeling is exactly what any parent needs when leaving their child(ren) for work or other obligations. Thank you, Dogwood KinderCare, for being the best, hands down!"

"Stop looking - this is your new daycare! Seriously folks. It’s brand new and has experienced leadership in Director Tanya, Assist Director Lauren and their staff. You can’t beat the facility. The costs are competitive. And the kids just love it. We get great videos and pics of our daughter daughter daily as well as notes about supplies and activities. We actually helped our daughter adapt after the pandemic by mimicking the videos and performing the same songs and activities at home so she could more quickly adapt to the drop offs and class activities. It worked. The team helped us sharing curriculum and really making this work. Get a tour. It’s a great place."

"It was not an easy decision to make when deciding to send our first child to daycare, as most first time parents struggle with but I couldn’t be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter at Dogwood Kindercare. That have been so great from the beginning dealing with our craziness of new parents(think I called 5 times before she her first day) and have made us feel so comfortable with our decision! The whole staff is great and so caring and we get to see constant photos and updates of her all day through the app! Today when her teacher came to the front desk to get Charlotte we could see the true excitement in her teachers face that she was there and brought it to a whole other level. They are not just there to watch our daughter, but care for her, love her and help her grow."
