"Personally, I’ve had good experiences. I typically had appointments and seldom did walk in. Walk in for audiogram was simple and I had great timing; I was seen with the group I was with within 15 minutes. Timing is dependent on how many show up and if not enough participants are there, they will try to wait for a full room. Pharmacy visits have been increasingly easier with the mobile option to get in line and showing up when prescription is ready. The wait is dependent on the volume of people, but I’ve been in and out within 10 minutes when I do the mobile option. When I had scheduled appointments, I was seen on time. Overall, staff was professional and accommodating."

"If you need to get labs done, be prepared to waste AT LEAST 3 hours of your life JUST WAITING to get seen. But your overall visit will be 3-4 hours. It's pretty terrible. Good luck."

"This is the worst pharmacy experience I have had in my lifetime. We are post oral surgery from the building NEXT DOOR to this building. We checked in immediately post surgery at 09:53 to reserve our spot in line. Following instructions from the oral surgeons, my wife is in the car while I am inside waiting for the post OPERATION medication. It is currently 13:05, 3 HOURS after surgery and we are still waiting for medication. We are well within the window of when our first dose should be taken. This is a complete failure of a system. I understand why our service men and women feel so helpless with a system as broken as this."

"I spoke to a representative assisting in making the appointments over the phone. She is rude and should never be working in the customer service sector. She made it known she was not happy having to repeat what day/time she had available and did not allow you to edit the appointment once you make it. I hope I never have to encounter this customer service rep the next time I have to make a medical appointment."

"I was at the BBHC today. The facility personnel and specifically the Pharmacy were very nice and professional. Open 7AM to 4PM (16:00) I was there at 7:25 and out at 7:35. This was the fastest and best service I have ever received.anywhere… In and out in ten minutes. - I initially called to ask a question. Call was answered and question answered with a very professional kind man I assumed was a sailor. Watching I saw military that were very polite with each other and the public. This let me know what I miss as a retiree. -"
