"Great stay, overall. Nice, cozy rooms with everything you need for an extended stay. Bus shuttles transfer you about when needed, and there's secured covered parking under the facility, which is great. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the AC was out in the building and the maintenance crew wasn't able to get a window unit installed until 6 hours after I originally called. Even worse, they woke me up to do it. All in all, was still a great stay."

"Great place. Well kept and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only problem we had was getting hot water but the building seemed to have a problem. It's a little far from the village but very quit with amazing views!! This was our 3rd time staying here. We will be back again!"

"Beautiful place to stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful!! They made us feel like family coming in and leaving out. Answered all of questions and helped guides us are around the mountain. WiFi worked great. You can only get service at your lodge and The Village. As soon as you walk out you can ski right down the slope."

"The best place to stay at Snowshoe. This is the nicest lodge to stay in Snowshoe. They have a Concierge, tall heated parking garage, hot tubs, restaurant, bar, ski,snowboard rental shop, small gym, sauna. The do Massages! The hearth room is my favorite and sometimes has live music. This place is so nice the have Weddings at this location. They are planning to have Starbucks for the 2020 ski season."
