"I had an appointment this morning for a physical exam and possible blood work, and I had called to verify that they took my insurance TWICE before actually coming in. Both times I was told my insurance was accepted but when I arrived in the actual dr's office they told me they did not. Which is really weird bc I have been to other VHC locations before and they accepted my insurance just fine. Insurance issues aside, one of the other ladies working there butted into my conversation with the woman who was checking me in, and claimed that even though I had an appointment, they wouldn't be able to see me because a "physical exam takes too long" and "it would take too long to verify my insurance". The lobby was completely empty so I'm not sure why they claimed to be soooo busy they wouldn't be able to fit in a basic physical exam in. At a DOCTOR'S office. I left very frustrated and very angry that I received conflicting information and that the people working here just don't seem to "have time" for new patients or verify insurance. DO NOT COME HERE"
