"Rooms were very dated. I left a couple dishes in the sink and cups on a couple tables. I left a $20 for the cleaning crew and they charged me an outlandish $154.50 for the three minutes it took to put into the dishwasher. They were very rude when i tried to dispute. I would never go back or recommend."

"Virginia is a beautiful very green state. The Pine’s Condos on Bryce Resort were a flashback to the 70’s. It was a comfy stay but some of the appliances & furnishing were archaic. The place was peaceful & safe. You couldn’t enter from the parking lot through the front door but had to walk around the side, through a doorway then into a hallway. The hallway had a funky smell & the door had a key pad where you entered passcode so no keys were used. I didn’t give it a 5 because although the room were comfy some of the furnishing & appliances needed to be upgraded. We didn’t have any service except for the young lady who checked us in on the property the day we arrived. It was more like an Air B&B where we needed to clean up, strip the beds, run the dish washer or we would be charged a $150 cleaning fee. I’m sure the upstairs room had a beautiful view of this amazing place. All I could see from my porch was the parking lot."

"Great place for skiing or mountain biking. Hiking trails are nothing spectacular. Units are kind of dated, but adequate. Internet works well enough for telecommuting."

"Needs improvement. Our room was very dusty. A broken blind in the living room. Needs updated. Stayed 1 week. No one vacuumed the hallways. Outside areas needed cleaned. Had blood stains on sheets. Called office and she brought other ones. Went to put on bed and they had live bugs crawling around. Threw them in the hallway. Used the sheets from the other bed. We booked through RCI. If you want to do anything you have to pay. NO Mini golf as they show. Even on their brochures and the maps on the building. Its playground instead. Nice dog park. Weeds needed cutting bad. Allows dogs but a $100 non- refundable. Lots of winery's 30 plus minutes away. We were by the lift, but it was quiet. Was very disappointed. Not what we expected."
