"We inquired about business and personal taxes for the year of 2023. Our appointment was 12/07/2023 @ 10am, during our discussion, I felt pressured into signing an agreement. We knew how much work our book keeping entailed so we requested for an overview of our statements before negotiating/agreeing to any service agreements. December 17th we uploaded all requested documents required to do our taxes and give an accurate estimate. December 18th 2023, we called and notified Ms. Way documents has been uploaded. Ms. Way verbal reply was, she would respond with an estimate after statements are reviewed; no reply ever received. January third, of 2024, we called, which did not go well. Due to their professionalism exhibited, we've decided to search for another company to help in our endeavors."
