H&R Block

"I called to speak with my tax advisor. The lady taking the call instead of taking the message started laughing of the fact that my tax advisor is not longer taking appointments. I asked her why are you laughing? She continues doing the same. HR Block should not hire people so rude to take the front desk calls. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager and refused to give me her name. If you have only this person in the front desk is her. There is lots of people out there looking for a CS job, and this type of behavior does not help your business. Thank you!"

"Pretty simple details, left my documents with them on Monday and said by Thursday they would be done... It's Saturday no call no nothing. I went there to talk to them and still not done said they could see me Monday, well dang I sure hope so it's the last day to have them turned in. I have the simple tax forms to do in fact EZ. H&R Block you just lost another customer."

"H&R block has never disappointed myself or my husband as they have recently. İm assuming it was the so called tax expert named Wanda. 1st Ms. Wanda doesnt let you get a word in at all. My husband took all the tax info she needed to do our taxes for the past 2 years and she had all she needed per my follow up with her regarding our taxes only bc my hisband brought her all needed documents etc a year in half prior. Ms. Wanda left for the summer and our taxes were not finished so she passed us to 2 different employess of H&R block, one being at a different location. When i found out Wanda was back, i followed up with her to update her that our taxes still werent finished. She apologized and took over our case once again. This was probably 5 months prior to the covid pandenic came. So she said to give her a month and reassured she would have it taken care of for once again she had all she needed. So i gave her time of course, 3 months of time communicating back and forth. By this time now after being reassured so many times by her, she now cannot get ahold of the İRS due to the covid 19 pandemic, which i would understand if she didnt already have all our tax info and docs for over 2 years. She once again said its just not her, it was all tax places, however, majority of people got their taxes finished, for some reason, that we still dont have answers to, ours are still not finished. İ got tired of the lies and run around i finally just picked all our documents up and plan on getting my attorney involved. Now i have no idea where we stand, after waiting so long, being passed off to on person to another and then back again to the 1st person. Wanda assured us she was the best and she knew what she was doing. İ however had my doubts considering but gave her the benefit of the doubt bc we have used H&R block before once in the past. But here we are, nothing from the store manager after i contacted her many times, nothing from anyone except Wanda's continuous run around over and over again. She had all she needed for 2 years almost and we come out with even more confusion than we went in with. İ plan on getting my attorney involved now, and İ am not necessarily giving the manassas sudley store a 1 star but giving Wanda the so called tax specialist a 1 star and that is only bc i had to pick atleast 1 star. İ would give that store location atleast a 2 or 3 only bc i have not heard back from not even the manager after many attempts. İm a very frustrated, confused, upset, angey customer and if you do go to H&R block to get your taxes done, DO NOT LET WANDA MİLLER get ahold of any of your tax stuff, you will be let down and disappointed and most of all, your taxes completely a mess!!! Way to go Ms. Wanda and the H&R branch."
