"My husband stayed in this hospital for 17 days after a traumatic accident. I was able to stay with him during this time to assist him with his personal care. All the staff members were excellent in helping him. We just wish that all ARH facilities were as good as this hospital."
"Grandmother was just at the Martin Our lady of the Way and the nurses would NOT change her sheets or clothes after we repeatedly told the nurse my grandmother pee’d on herself. My mother had to change her and the sheets and the nurse actually got up in my moms face when she told them on the 3rd time she needs changed. A couple nurses were rude like this, the doctors seemed nice, good luck finding name badges to know their names. Oh, if you’re having similar issues, remember that you can start your video recorder or record memos app and record any “bad situation or confrontation”"
"My mom broke two toes and is in for physical rehab, she is treated so good, it's like a Mayberry hospital, the staff calls her by her first name , and everybody calls her honey, can't say enough good about it, clean, and busy, always somebody stepping in and asking her how she is doing, and if she needs anything, good food, my mom is a picky eater, and even she's happy...4 thumbs up...God bless the nurses and staff at Our Lady of the Way hospital in Martin ky"
"The rehabilitation part or I don’t know you couldn’t really call it rehabilitation. It was worst place I’ve ever seen. NEVER go there!!!!! They let you lay all day, maybe walk you down hall way a few steps every once in a while and that’s basically it. The food is absolutely AWFUL and the list go’s on and on. Ps only had to put 1 star just for it to post this review. I give 0 stars thow"
"I went to St. Joseph due to illness. I had a choice of several hospital but wanted to go there. So glad I did! The doctor/staff was awesome, caring, and just so friendly. I was treated so well. So glad I went there and I have told my family and friends what an amazing ER. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
