"I came to my appointment 5 minutes late (no exaggeration) and the nurse marked me as a "no show", and pushed my appointment back two months. When you are the only shop in town, its easy to push around your clients."

"Should have posted a review of this place over a year ago. I could have died thanks to this place. I was sent here to talk to a kidney specialist because my Creatinine kept slowly climbing and fluids through IV was not bringing it down. After talking with them about my history was told to stop taking ibuprofen and drink more fluids and Gatorade. I had already been drinking more fluids as I told them and had been getting IV fluid. Well three or so weeks later I was taken to the ER at RMH because I had gotten very sick. Come to find out my kidneys were blocked and not draining properly or hardly at all. I spent two weeks in the hospital and now have kidney damage with about 50% function left. Had they not just sent me on my way and someone actually looked into this further MAYBE the true issue would have been found before so much kidney damage had been done"

"Great team. They were very kind in dealing with my PTSD after my transplants, making time for me to return for labs when I had to leave during a panc attack. The lab techs are awesome and my doctor is familiar with my transplant hospital. I've been turned away by most carilion doctors because my surgery was done by the Mayo in Florida."

"We didn’t actually make it to the office, because they didn’t call to schedule until eight business days after my one-year-old’s referral was sent over. I called every day for a week and left a message, no response and no call back. My sister called to complain, was told they never received a referral or message from me. They then call today saying they received a referral. I’ve had the referral sent elsewhere. If this were for myself, it wouldn’t be a big deal, HOWEVER, I shouldn’t have to wait this long for my baby. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible front office management."

"I had a poor experience. They couldn’t sort out my insurance. I asked for cash price, unable to give me that info. When I finally thought they had my insurance figured out, I get a bill from collections agency, saying I’m past due. I call the doctors billing office. They sent the bill to an old address. I asked why they didn’t call me, they said they left a voicemail. I asked her what the voicemail said, “call us back”. I asked why they wouldn’t say in a voicemail that there is an unpaid bill or address discrepancy. Their answer, we don’t have to. Nice way to lose clients, send them to collections rather then do the decent thing and reach out to them. But they have no problem calling to get you in the door, just not sorting out billing errors. I encourage everyone to choose a different doctors office."
