"I used to work in the ER so I am slightly biased. Today my appointment got moved twice due to them having emergencies and being backed up. But I was patient and when I got to my appointment check in and the visit was smooth. What I’m really writing about was one of the doctors. She heard one of her receptionist dealing with a patient who was being violent, and loudly barking/yelling at her. Healthcare can be a really violent place to work. Anyhow, one of the physicians came around and stood behind her and told the patient, “Listen here, we are all working like slaves to make our community healthy. We understand you don’t feel well, but it’s unacceptable to speak to someone like that. We will not tolerate it so you can leave or you can be polite and be served”. It was a breath of fresh air and you could see the staff and other patients in the room feel reassured. The environment that we create matters. What we tolerate matters. And we need more individuals like that physician working in healthcare to create safer work places and safer patient care outcomes."

"Amazing care. The wait was long but that's the trade off of walk in clinics and they were able to call me when it was my turn so I didn't have to wait in the waiting area. I'm so grateful for the service and professionalism and kindness and caring atmosphere I experienced. Can't recommend this clinic and the providers enough."

"I arrived to the urgent care around 10am. I waited for about two hours as they were taking back walk-ins that came in after me. I was finally taken into an exam room and waited 30 min before anyone came back. I had to go out myself and ask if anyone was going to come in and acknowledge me. Meanwhile, I could over hear their conversations outside of the room, it was a bunch of gossip, not medical related. I left the exam room to get my phone while I waited and every personnel was huddled around gossiping. There were way too many staff for the rate of actual work that was going on. Very frustrating experience when you’re sick and need help but the employees only care about their own personal lives."

"I have never had a bad experience at this Urgent Care facility. The front desk personnel are always efficient and nice. The PA type staff who do your initial intake are thoughtful and fast. The doctors I have seen over the years have all been top drawer."
