"Absolute worse cabinets due to the "pandemic". HORRENDOUS customer service. Does not back up their product. Just keeps kicking the buck down the road. Its been 9 months and they still cant rectify a single kitchen."
"This company was so disappointing to work with. We spent over $17,000 on cabinets for our small kitchen because we liked the sample in Home Depot. It was their top line, the nicest they made, called Thomasville Artisan. There are two long strips of cabinet that are missing paint! The glass for two of the glass cabinets we bought? It's been over three months and it hasn't been delivered. Glass cabinets with no glass, and by the way, no instructions to install said glass! My contractor can't believe it. Not to mention their poor customer service. If you're going to buy premium, work with a local cabinet installer, not a huge Company like this one."
