"This was the worst experience I have ever had. Instead of telling people there was only one Dr so people could make an informed decision about whether to stay or go… they just said the wait would be up to 3 hours. I came in at 1:30am with chest pain, difficulty breathing and tingling in my arm. I had an EKG and had X-rays done but still to this point have to seen a dr. If I could give them no stars that’s exactly what they would get."
"After you see the receptionist to be checked in and get your vitals done. That's literally the end of customer service. I have been feeling horrible for days and decided to go here to find out what's going on. We'll none the less we sat here for 4 damn hours to be put in a room that read "DO NOT ENTER" on the door. To only wait another 2 hours. I don't know who is running this Healthcare center but at this point just close it down and start over with staff that move with a sense of urgency for the patients. Please give them new training."
"It's time for this hospital to get new management. Not only did myself and several others have to wait 4 hours before I just left, but for 2 hours we had to watch the Phlebotomist come out of the clinical area, allow my sample to sit on the clinical counter while he sat down and carried on a conversation with the female security guard. I have been coming here for over 25 years and I do not recall ever waiting this long and seeing such unprofessional conduct. I must note that the Phlebotomist is excellent at drawing blood but for the work environment to be one that would allow a urine sample to sit out on a clinic table and their staff to be comfortable enough to not be doing anything in the clinical area to move patients along is inexcusable. Most of the time the doctor can read test results in minutes if the samples are submitted for testing. Thousands of people are walking to get to America to learn and make a better living so why are we fighting them instead of training them to take jobs that others refuse to do?"
"The first and most disappointing service ever. The best treatment that was given was from the receptionist when I called to see if my mother was admitted there. She had not been admitted but she was in the waiting area. My 78 yr old mother arrived by ambulance around 7:30 pm, it was well before 8 pm on Wed Dec 27, she sat in a wheel chair until after 8 am Thurs Dec 28, in the waiting area. My mother was in terrible pain on the right side of her body, the whole right side, she could barely move without it being extremely painful. They took her vitals and gave her some Tylenol which did not address the type of pain that she was in. It was explained that vitals are what kind of dictates the urgency, I understand that, but I also know and understand that age plays a factor and to sit for 11- 12 hours in a wheel chair is totally unacceptable. My brother was there with her, when he tried to ask questions or was able to ask a question, he was ignored or basically given the run around instead of someone taking the time to explain ANYTHING to him, he watched people that were there for 3-4 hours get called back to be seen. I can imagine that the staff there is under a lot of stress because of the circumstances with patient overcrowding in the waiting room. Regardless of that, they are there to provide a level of common courtesy, people are there with their loved ones and they are there because they need to be not because they want to be, giving them an answer even on they do not want to hear is better that blatantly ignoring them when they are trying to get your attention. My brother started asking for numbers and making his presence known all while still be respectful and tactful. This got him on the phone or in front of the right person and was able to at least get my mother seen. We all will grow to be Seniors, GOD willing, and at one point in our lives we have had to take our loved ones to the hospital, even the workers at the hospital, it does not feel good when you have to watch a loved one sit in pain/discomfort for 11-12 hours with no insight on ANYTHING, the medical center as a whole failed. Thank you to the few people who displayed kindness and was able to get things moving."
"My mother comes in on ambulance. They put her in a wheelchair and had her sitting for 11 hours. No ex Ray nothing. While people ain't even been there 2 hours being x rays and gone out the door. Taking advantage of a senior. Don't ever come to this hospital the worst."
