"I recently had Starmechanicalllc, assigned by Choice Home Warranty, install a furnace, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The installation team displayed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Critical errors, such as improper flue pipe connection and a circuit board not secured correctly, were evident. The duct transition leaked air, and the rusted drain pan's float switch was not replaced. Additionally, mismatched equipment was used. I strongly advise against choosing Starmechanicalllc for HVAC services. Because of their poor installation, I have to replace my furnace again in 2 months. Also, they incorrectly diagnosed a refrigerant leak from the service valve. I hired another technician who identified a refrigerant leak from the evaporator coil. In light of these numerous shortcomings and the overall poor quality of the installation service provided by Starmechanicalllc, I strongly advise others to seek alternative options for their HVAC needs. The level of incompetence and disregard for industry standards demonstrated by this company is simply unacceptable."
