"After the parts ordered were installed, I use the dryer and the same problem occurred:”clothes were not properly dried at end of the drying cycle “. The dashboard was showing the following message:”flow sensed”. So, the problem is not solved. Also, the top that was removed to access the drum is showing a big gap as if it wasn’t screwed all the way in. Lastly, the same top is bend. Which wasn’t the case before the technician worked on it. The dryer is brand new. I still need help."

"My washer was scheduled for repair today with the technician coming to my house sometime between 8am to 5pm. No one showed up and I was not notified of a delay. I called the company. My call was answered by an automated message system. Talking to a person to determine a solution is not an option."

"The service was great. The technician was kind and friendly. The only issue was there was some sediment (grease?) left on the carpet and inside the dryer. I thought it was just dirt and assured him we could just vacuum it up. I did not realize it was going to require a carpet cleaner. I think it will come out, however, still working on it."

"He did a great job! So pleased to have this taken care of before Thanksgiving! I also really liked the tracking feature! I wish everyone had this! That way I can be more productive while waiting, and I also didn't have to tie up your phones with multiple calls to check the status. Very satisfied!"

"Derrick, the technician that came and put the part in to fix my washer was phenomenal. He did his job expertly and tried to accommodate the job by himself even though his teammate had not put in a note that the job would probably require two people. Other than this, every interaction with this company has been terrible. I had 4 no show appointments, my first appointment that the technician came for was a waste of 2 hours because she ordered the wrong part. The technician that came in after told me it was the wrong part and then ordered the correct one and told me to call him to put in the new part when it came. New part came in and I called him for probably 2 weeks before I gave up. The technician that came in (like 3 weeks after the part finally got to my house) after a missed appointment, finally was able to put the part in and I am still not done because he is going to come back tomorrow with help to put the washer back in the closet correctly. All in all terrible experience, but if you do use this company, I truly hope you get Derrick because he was excellent."
