"Please read the 2022 No Surprise Act as mentioned by another reviewer. I went to Virginia Hospital Center for emergency room services. I was not billed by the hospital but the doctor's own billing company. I went to a hospital that was covered and the doctor they provided may be out of network even though they knew my insurance. I had a horrible experience with the rep who answered my call. She said her name was "Rosey". To me she was very ghetto, argumentative and aggressive. I will make sure I ask the name of the billing department before I accept any medical care. Because if it's Alteon, I will find somewhere else. Thanks Rosey."

"This place is fraud. I have never in my entire life been to Maryland nor anywhere around the state. I have NEVER heard of this place a day in my life. They sent an amount of $525 to my credit which was a very hard hit and now my credit has dropped several numbers due to this "Alteon Health" This is insane. The "supposedly credit holder that last reported this to my credit" "MBA LAW" is also apart of the fraud they are placing on peoples credit. Be aware and DO NOT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH NONE OF THESE PEOPLE.!"
