"Came here today to get a 3D/4D scan, very respectful and welcoming staff! The ultrasound tech was super nice, and made my session 10x better. The price for the “celebrity kid” package was definitely well worth it! Will be returning for any future pregnancies"
"They did absolutely an amazing job!! You can tell that the staff love their jobs and they take the time to get the most amazing photos and videos. Worth every penny!"
"I was here today to find out the gender of my baby. The receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was so cute and you can tell she loved her job. My ultrasound tech was amazing as well. She made the experience great. I didn’t get her name. But I highly recommend coming here. I will definitely be back!"
"Overall--we had a really great experience with our session. The receptionist was friendly and the space was cute and comfortable. We got a lot of really great pictures and even got more than what our package was suppose to include. A few things did throw me back a little. I booked our appointment online for 4:45 pm on a Saturday and even got the confirmation email. The day before I get a phone call saying they are not open that late and rescheduled me for 3:30 pm. The day of our appointment I get another call asking for us to come in at 2 pm instead. Not a big deal but just a bit annoying. 2nd--at the time of my appointment I was 12 weeks. My boyfriend wanted to get a heartbeat bear for himself and I wanted to get one for my mother who lives out of state. We were informed once we arrived that they don't use sound in the first trimester because the sound they would get comes from the cord and not the actual heart. They said they would try to see if they can get a good reading from the cord but did say that it's not guaranteed because it may not be loud enough. The tech was able to get 2 good recordings and the receptionist even re-recorded to get it louder. I did look back at their website once we got back home and unless I am completely over looking it, it is stated no where that it's recommended to wait until you are in the 2nd trimester to get a heartbeat bear. If I had know that information upfront I would have waited to book my appointment until I reached the 2nd trimester. I feel like that is information that should be on the website. 3rd--The ultrasound tech was very nice but I do feel like she could have been a little bit more personable. She didn't engage much with us."
"I came here twice during my pregnancy with my daughter in 2020. I was very excited to finally have gotten pregnant and the technician took her time to make sure she got great photos and I am forever grateful! I am currently pregnant again and hoping to be able to set up another appointment!"
