"The staff are GREAT here…but they are very understaffed. Very long waits to have blood drawn or to speak to anyone live. Everyone working here seem very stressed and overworked. Sentara….HIRE MORE PEOPLE! There are other providers in the area…so find another provider if you don’t have time to spare."

"I had blood drawn here for lab work. 4 receptionists. But a line to get in because they only speak with you once a seat opens up. Very few seats available because chairs are still spread out for Covid. Relatively small room. Maybe 15 chairs? Receptionist was pleasant and efficient although hard to hear through her mask and plastic wall /shield. Lab tech was friendly and efficient. Wait is not too long. Moves along fairly quickly."

"Got there at 7:30. Took until after 8 am to be signed in. There was no accommodation for an elderly lady with a walker to sit. She had to stand for over 30 minutes, leaning against the wall. Her walker had a loose roller. As no staff offered to help her I finally asked if I could help her and fixed the walker. Another couple, with mobility issues and the lady was in a wheelchair had an 8 am appointment for an MRI. There was no announcement from the staff in charge about coming forward and not waiting in line. Finally I went and asked and told the couple to go to the head of the line. Surely you can do better than this."
