"I can’t recommend Susan enough! She’s very helpful and has made filing taxes as a small business owner an easy and stress-free process!"
"Susan is AMAZING!!! She is knowledgeable, responds timely, guides you with a personal approach to your taxes. She's great with individuals, couples, and small business owners."
"I was referred to Susan by my financial advisor. I've been very pleased with her services and professional work."
"After spending thousands of dollars for six months of bookkeeping work, I ran some reports and found major inconsistencies in our books and had to terminate our agreement. I've since spent almost as many hours as I paid Susan to compete the work in order to sort the books out. Customer payments were applied incorrectly, a new account was added incorrectly, reconciliations were completed several times throughout the month - instead of just once, ending balances didn't match statements, journal entries amounting to thousands of dollars were added to "balance" the books and several thousand dollars worth of transactions were logged as "miscellaneous." Needless to say, the books were not ready for business license tax reporting or for annual filing with the State and Federal governments. When I raised concerns, she told me that these practices are normal in the beginning and the going forward things would be logged correctly. The IRS would not agree with that judgement were I to get audited. Not a happy customer!"
"Susan gave me my first experience as a small business woman and hiring an accountant. She is so nice, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I was very afraid for 2019 and what do you know, I even earned a refund. Can't thank you enough! Small business women rock!"
