And I personally feel like they messed my taxes up this year, after being a client for 3 tax seasons straight. Toni Greer was cool the first couple years but I don’t know what’s going on now. Now I’m not messing with this office ever again, you don’t take advantage of people like that.. next year I’ll be filing my own stuff so please delete my information if you’re reading this. Bye! "I was looking forward to having Liberty Tax on Midlothian Tpke do my stepfather's taxes since the passing of my mom, so he'll have a tax service in the years to come. What a disappointment. I don't think it was a tax professional who did it, but an office assistant who had to call her manager a few time for clarification. At least she was nice, so that's a plus. The facility was a mess, unappealing, and not presented professionally at all. I mean seriously?! You're dealing with people's federal tax returns. Dress up the office and your staff a little. Don't get me started on the backroom you have to walk through to get to the bathroom or the bathroom itself. Regardless, the taxes got done, but I'll be filing them for him with TurboTax starting next year."
