"I don't know why with the review system we have that we have to give someone one star it seems wasteful when what they really deserve is something round that smells like something that came out of my dog and they would actually deserve five of those! This facility had more than a week to correct the paperwork that was sent to them from my doctor's office yet the woman who called me this morning named Monique wasn't capable of getting that done the paperwork was obviously had some errors on it and apparently there was no effort to correct that because today is the day before Easter and nobody wants to work on the day before Easter so they could screw up my appointment and cancel it for me at the last minute and then allow me to continue to live in pain for a longer period of time because of the deliberate incompetence the sad truth is that this facility has no caring for your health care or your comfort or your anything they're just there for a paycheck and if they can get paid for going home early they will despite the fact that you need to have care and you need to have things taken care of so you can get the care you need"
