"If I could give zero stars I would I came checked in because tue email I received said they were open for them to tell me there not tak8ng drug screens and the lady was very rude thw6 definitely need a change of management and would not recommend coming here"

"I was the second person that walked through the door I arrived 10 minutes early and everyone else that walked through the door after me was getting seen. I asked to use the bathroom while I wait and the lady response was “even if I let you use the bathroom it’s a process” I sat back down and waited another hour and still was not able to get seen. I recommend finding a different area to go to other than this place. The way she responded to me was very rude."

"I called the number on the website for 11711 Jefferson Ave. to make an appointment and got a confirmation code. Twice now, when I get to the address, I am informed that I am wrong and that my appointments did not exist. Preparing for my urine test, I drank a lot of water. When I asked to use the bathroom, I was told that if I used their facilities, that I could not perform my urine test for 24hrs. The lady was rude and there is no one at the front desk to help. I do not recommend this location and if all Quest locations are like this one, then I do not recommend Quest Diagnostics!"

"This is a very low staff location and just generally poor customer service. I do not recommend this Quest. I made an appt and came early. There was 1 person waiting and the staff just kept me waiting for 30+ minutes. I don't think the staff is very motivated here and it might explain the generally poor service. This Quest really should up their game and maybe intervene with better Customer service training."
