"Excellent customer service. I drove into town from hampton roads just to handle a few transactions with Amos. He quickly assessed what he could do to help via telephone which made me decide to drive an hour to get them to handle my dilemma… and when I walked in he had both of my Mac’s on the counter ready to get me fixed. He stayed until I’m got both computers squared away. And made sure I was comfortable with what he fixed and adjusted before I left.
