"For once I finally enjoyed buying a new mattress. This experience really changed my mind about mattress salesman. They had a great selection. They have very good prices but that's absolutely no pressure from the salesperson. He was calm, relaxed, knowledgeable in all areas, but he never pressured us to purchase. Even when we had a desire to leave, his attitude never changed. For that reason we purchase from them that night. Because we doubt if it's going to get that anywhere else we're gone. And then they have 100-day trial period with no restocking fee. No one else does this. This store is new. it looks new and it smells new so it's great to purchase from there. The salesman name is John Smith and boy does he know his mattresses. My wife even enjoyed it. We purchase a smart life air mattress because we were looking sleep number but this mattress did a lot more for a lot less. We're excited and we give this store I rating of 10 if we could."

"I went down with the intention of buying a bed. I’d after doing some research I went with something that was better and more expensive (over 4200). I spoke with John. Everything was supposed to be OK. I had deliveries set up two weeks out on a Wednesday. That’s when it started. Something I get messed up so I wasn’t able to get the delivery on Wednesday after I already got rid of my bed Tuesday evening. When I called find out what was going on nobody really had an answer. I went down the next day to speak to John and he was off, so I love speaking with Steven. All he could do was badmouth John, and still did not get my issue fixed. I had to wait until the following Saturday to receive my bed and adjustable frame that I had purchased. Needless to say, I ended up going four days without a bed because of a mistake. Steven could do Was bad John and say don’t ever buy anything through him again. He say I won’t purchase anything from them again. This particular store. Is very bad don’t go to them."

But the delivered product was not exlactly what I was sold and the delivery went badly. I ended up canseling the order. The manager gave me no hassle. I appreciated that."
