"Would not ever bring anything here again. Paid almost $300 for my sister's MacBook to get fixed and he didn't even end up repairing the problem. First of all, he never verified that it was the right laptop I was picking up so anyone could've walked in and claimed they were picking up a computer and he would've just handed it over. Second, when we brought it back a week after discovering the problem was not fixed, he claims that my sister "pulling off the plastic protective film" that HE placed on there caused "physical damage" to the device and absolutely refused to even look at it without us paying another $200 on top of what we already paid, even though we had our receipt and he has a "30-day satisfaction guarantee" policy. Horrible repair job and even worse customer service. Edit: I love how his response to this was "I offered you a discount" and "you damaged the device" when he gave me a MacBook that was in the same condition I dropped it off in and offered a "$25 discount" on an additional $250 because he knew from the beginning he wasn't able to fix it but simply does not want to take responsibility. All we did was remove the plastic he placed on there per his instructions but this is somehow our fault. Since we're getting nowhere with customer service, we're just going to find someone who actually knows computers to fix it."
