"The check in process took about 15min. The room was old, dirty bathroom, and had a smell about it. We went down for breakfast at 6:10 and no breakfast was out. There was coffee but no creamer. There was no one at the front desk. After 5min a lady came out with a giant attitude. I asked politely if breakfast was going to be put out and she snapped that she was working on it. By now it was 6:15. We just left"

"This is not a bad hotel. But the people running are hateful and very petty. My daughter and I are quiet, our pets are quiet and do no damage at all, we clean up behind ourselves. But they neglected to charge us for one of the pets one night and they got terribly nasty with us! I mean it was unbelievable ! That tainted my whole view of the place. So beware, you will have to make sure they do their job or they will punish you for it."

"I booked a client here and received a text at midnight 11/10/23 when they checked in with pictures about how nasty the room is. Purchased the nonsmoking room, smells of smoke, cigarette burns in the blanket, ceiling leaking, floor wet, dirty, outdated and very unacceptable. I tried calling the property and no answer. Had to call expedia to complain to get the refund they tried calling the property and no one never answered. Pay a little more to have a decent acceptable place to stay."

"We should have read the reviews before booking this hotel! Awful! Constant leak in the bathtub. Had to shut the door to block out noise. Smelled of cigarettes. Sheets were clean buy outdated. Very small room and the beds were uncomfortable We both woke up sore. Supposed to be queen but didn't seem like it. We had the room booked for 2 nights, but left the next morning. I agree with the other reviews. DON'T STAY HERE."

"This deserves 0 stars or to be absolutely shut down. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. I was traveling through with my best friend (2 females). Multiple “strange” things occurred which really made us question our safety. Additionally to the disgustingly dirty rooms, we immediately felt uneasy. We booked online previous to the stay so the hotel assumed there was only 1 female traveling that night. A list of the “strange things” that happened in the 15 minutes we were there: - We checked in & were handed our room number which was on the 2nd floor. The lady at the front desk told us to take the elevator to the 3rd floor (which seemed weird), then back down to the 2nd floor then turn right to get to the room. The elevator did not open unless you held the “door open” button down. - we walked into a non smoking room to cigarette ashes all over the floor, burns on the lamp shades and burn holes through the blankets all the way down through the mattress. -We went to leave the room & noticed the door frame did not have anything in it to make sure the door closed or locked. We were able to just push the door open from the hallway. We immediately grabbed our stuff and walked back down to the lobby. -we told the lady at the front desk about our issues, she was not surprised, but insisted that she must “check for herself” even though we showed her pictures & requested our money back. She did not ask for or reconfirm our room number (so did she have it memorized or were we purposefully given that room (targeted for trafficking, easy theft, etc??) as 2 female travelers). She returned to the lobby and insisted that the door did lock & the room was clean. Then refused to refund us. We actually got the names & phone numbers from other patrons of the hotel who were also having awful experiences. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, it was covered in mold & there were bugs on the floor of the shower. After looking back, I am so glad we were vigilant and aware of our surroundings. Sleeping in our car in a well lit rest area was a much better option. Be careful, travelers - especially my fellow ladies!"
