Quality Inn North 801 East Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23227

"By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Buyer beware, only stay here if you absolutely can't afford a better place. The bedroom was clean but otherwise is was extremely dirty in the hallways, the lobby and the breakfast room. The TV had only nine channels. When I asked if there was a problem I was told some rooms don't get channels 2 - 40! It's close to RT 95, but others are, too. Stay at them! The breakfast had little to offer. No cups for coffee; the batter for waffles was out. The staff here seemed to be bothered by my request for fixes to the problems listed above. I left feeling as though they can't be trusted with my CC info. Edit: All the 5 star reviews are anonymous, that ought to tell you something about this place."

"I only had to stay a night? But I can't say I would stay again. It's not the worst and of course I didn't expect it to be amazing, but I wouldn't consider it "quality". The couch in my room looked very overused, the wall and some of the furniture had scuffs on it, and the bed doesn't have great support. The guy at the front desk was nice and professional. I was informed that checkout was at 12:00 but had room service knock at my door 2 times within ten minutes of each other at 10:00 (even with my do not disturb sign on the door) The location itself isn't bad. There is plenty of stuff around for food as well as other things."

"To start, did not have a roll away bed although website said it did. They gave us another 2 rooms both of which had feces on the tile floor. Needless to say we requested a refund, which was granted, albeit reluctantly. I question the quality of cleanliness of the rooms. Do not recommend!"

"The balcony door was broken and would not shut! There was no way to lock that door. It would be so easy for someone to swing around from the next room over and enter your room. It was not ok! The fire detector was also ripped off the wall. We did not stay. We left and did not look back. The Marriott down the way was amazing!"

"Do NOT believe the good reviews! I promise you will regret staying here. First off, walk in smelled like weed, hallway all nasty with dirt and cobwebs. Once we got into the room it, it was nasty. The picture was broken tapped together, fire alarm not on the wall, phone with no buttons and wasn’t even working. The wall was dirty, bathroom was moldy. The toilet would tilt when you sat on it. The bathroom door didn’t close. The door nobs were all messed up. I mean everything was broken and old. They should shut down and renovate everything."
