She understood why my BP may be high & let me rest to take it again, Dr Greenwalt was incredible as always. "I have been a patient here for many years, but it seems as though there has been an overall decline in how things are run. The imaging staff are first rate and efficient, but connecting between the doctors and Imaging needs an overhaul. Each side doesn’t know what the other is doing which causes confusions and much longer wait times as no one seems to know where you are in the process."

However, when I called backed and spoke with Derek, I was knocked off my feet with his level of customer service. He was patient, helpful and extremely professional. "Very clean, modern office and also feels very warm and welcoming. The entire staff is great! Jade at the front desk is always professional and courteous. Dr. Pien did a great job explaining my imaging results and was very personable. Overall would highly recommend this place. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the scheduling department didn't schedule me for the right type of imaging during my second visit, so I had to return the following day. This still didn't change my overall impression of the office and staff."
