Mattress by Appointment Mechanicsville

"Really upset with Zack! I contacted him on Saturday to make an appointment for 3p.m that day. He said he would send a confirmation text. Never received it. After a few calls and a message he finally called back will an excuse he was out of town and that his brother was supposed to send me a confirmation text. He went on to say he messed up and gave his brother the wrong number. We arranged to meet the next day(Sunday) he sent the confirmation text I confirmed. I waited for a half hour calling and texting Zack who never responded. Sad to say I will not be buying any mattresses now or in the future from Zack. Because he is a liar. I would never refer anybody to him"
