Portsmouth Splash Park

"Loved watching the little ones run around and cool off in the summer sun. The staff was nice too and they care about safety. My only gripe is the lack of shade. More seating and awnings/umbrellas would be nice. There were some, but already occupied by others. I would definitely bring an extra towel to throw over your head in case you don't have a seat in the shade."

"It was very nice. I recommend this for smaller kids, and I do advise adults and kids to have on some type of swimmer shoes. That way, they have restaince on that slippery concrete."

"I work at a daycare and we was taking our kids to the water park. They told us they open at 1. We got there at 1245 and they didn’t open until 2. It was so hot outside to be standing with kids. They sign in person never showed up."

"Great place for the whole family. The kids will really love it and parents don't have the fear of anyone drowning. I would recommend bringing something to sit on and an umbrella or something to cover you from the sun if you won't be joining in on the fun. There aren't any vending machines and no outside food or drink is allowed (except water) so eat or drink before arriving. Highly recommend a form of water shoes because being barefoot will cause for easy slips and falls. Overall great place to relax and clear your head of all the troubles going on around us.
