"Very nice people and low pressure since they do not work on commission. Currently (Oct. '21), they do not have certain mattresses available because of supply chain issues and have no ETA on when they will be received. Ultimately, we didn't find anything that worked for us, but I recommend them anyway because the prices are very reasonable and again, the personnel are great."

"Bought a new King Size mattress at Hull Street store. Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery process turned into problem. Told delivery would be June 1 between 12:45 and 2:45. Finally called at 3:30 and was provided with factory number. They had driver call. GPS had him totally lost. Finally after several attempts I stayed on phone with him and told him every turn to make. Delivery finally finished at 4:45. Driver very nice but really wasted my afternoon. They need to fix that part of the process."
