"I absolutely love my new sofa and the customer service that I received from Sunny and Ed at Sofa Design. I was originally planning to purchase a sofa from West Elm or Pottery Barn, but with their lack of knowledge of how to properly measure the diagonal dimensions of their own sofas and issues with their fabric selection, my shopping experience ended very quickly. Sofa Design on the other hand really changed my shopping experience. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me design exactly what I wanted and in the color that I wanted. I not only was able to select a performance fabric (which comes standard on the sofa that I selected), I was able to select the style of the arms, legs, cushion shape, and more; but all at an affordable price. Much less than what Pottery Barn and West Elm were charging. The sofa also comes with an impeccable warranty, something that the other stores did not offer. I was also able to test out the performance fabrics with the balsamic vinegar that they had on hand in the store and it performed wonderfully every time.
