"This place is so hit or miss. There’s a single employee or two employees with identical voices that don’t know the bare minimum about the products they sell, nor do they care to do the bare minimum to find out (take a look through their inventory). I called to see if they had pods for a new variant of a nearly ubiquitous pod system, but immediately realized who I was talking to from my last experience. To make sure that I wasn’t being blatantly lied due to laziness, I asked if they had a product that I know they have. No hesitation, just “No.”. It sucks too, because the other people seem to care, but I never drive all the way to a vape shop unless I know they have it, as that’s a good way to spend all day on the road. Long story short—most of the employees are great, but there’s one employee who might as well answer and immediately hang up, cause they’re not interested in helping. Not including gender cause I don’t wanna get someone fired, maybe this can be a wake up call. I’m not a Karen, I genuinely expect the bare minimum of help. Let me know if you have a product, don’t lie to me, ring me up at the register. You don’t even have to be polite if you’re helpful, doesn’t matter to me. People have bad days—but this is a different level."

"Would have loved to try this place but they don’t ever open on time or at least not at a time t that’s consistent with their hours posted online I came at 10, 10:30, and again at 10:45 3 days in a row Inside lights were on , big white open sign light on ,but no one was inside and the door was locked . But I did tried so I guess my advice would be to show up in the afternoon and ignore what’s posted online as they obviously don’t update that page or stay consistent w their posted open time ."
