"I am so disappointed in the customer service. I bought a leaf and it was practically in pieces when I opened it stale, brittle and holes everywhere. I asked the person at the register who looked like he was off drugs, barley responsive and quite rude and dismissive if there was any way for him to give me a refund or atleast another leaf. I showed him the condition it was in and he started laughing telling me there was nothing he could do about it. Products are in terrible shape"
