"Yeah I needed to make sure that I traveled that 40 min back to show that the 1 of 2 vapes that I have had issues with did not have any damages to it. Also after traveling and purchasing vapes from you for more than a year, this the first and only time I have ever came to you with a issue with a vape that was just purchased almost 2 weeks ago. As I mentioned how the vape would not charge and just recently brought it back in to show that there's no damage and for you to demonstrate the charging. It is truly amazing that nothing was done and to inform that it's hardly likely for someone to need to charge the vape after 1 or 2 days of purchase. And just so i am clear, i wasn't looking for a new vape to replace that one. Just an acknowledgement of the request to visually inspect, a discount on the most recent vape after advising you of the broke one, OR SIMPLY JUST AN APOLOGY. Which i received neither. However, my apologies for assuming that I would continue to receive great or just good service with you when 1 purchase out of many isn't worth acknowledging."
