"I happened to be close to this store while I was in the area working. I'm from bristol and so it was a nice find when I managed to somehow loose one of my mower blades. I called them up and told them what I needed and they said they had everything. So I went down there and sure enough they had everything sitting on the counter ready to go. I was sure that I was gonna have to repeat my needs when I got there since I assumed they thought I wasn't coming. Stores in my local area could take a few notes here about customer service! This store had what I needed and at a fair price and if I am in the area again and my mower goes down again I know where I'm going!"

"These guys were super helpful and had everything we needed for our chainsaw. After I forgot it and had already paid, they tossed in a bar tool for free rather than run my card again. Small thing but very nice."

"I left a weedeater for a simple repair in late February or early March. I called twice regarding when it would be ready and the reply was "I can't tell you". Very poor service. I am forced to take it elsewhere for service. Simply terrible customer service! Don't use these guys!!!!"

"Had my mother take my saw in because I took the side plate off with the chain brake in the wrong position. Since an older woman took the saw in they thought they could get over on here. They took my engine apart and claim the saw was seized. The saw was never seized. It ran like a top the day it was brought in. These people are engaging in fraud. There was no reason to open the saw up in the first place. Stay away."
