"Had an appointment for lab work confirmed online. After checking in, I was denied care for lack of a form that was not specified when setting up the appointment. I was spoken to as if I was unintelligent. I was told I could return to urgent care and get the form and return. I'd rather sit in the ER for hours than to have this interaction again."
"Sign in was easy and the service efficient. That said, given that they draw blood flor a living the nurse taking my blood had horrible bedside manner. I asked to sit in the lounger so u could lie back a bit and she was not very nice about it. She acted like I was putting her out in some way. Instead of making me feel better given my fear of getting blood drawn, she made me feel worse. She was mean and had no empathy. This was in the charlottesville office. A little softness and grace would go along way."
