"My friend and her spouse are members of this gym, but invited me and another friend to come try out a free class over the weekend. It’s my first time doing anything CrossFit-related, but similar to the HIIT workouts I used to do at Orangetheory so I didn’t feel totally lost on how to do the workouts. I also found it helpful when the owner/coach took the time to make sure we were doing okay with the workouts, and would remind us the amount of sets & reps to do since it can get overwhelming trying to remember all of that information. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and liked how the group size that day was small — felt welcoming and I appreciated the icebreaker in the beginning. If I didn’t live far from the area, I’d probably frequent this gym more often."

"My husband and I dropped into CrossFit Little Creek while we were down visiting family during our Spring Break. Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was one of the best we’ve ever had dropping in to gyms. We originally were only going to workout Monday and Tuesday, but we liked the coaches and members so much we decided to come back on Wednesday too! We aren’t in Norfolk often, but we will definitely be back when we make our trips down! Thank you for a wonderful time!"
