"Perfect service and if I broke any other device, I would instantly bring it to him. On a bus ride to grounds, my water jug was open and I spilled a lot of water into my Macbook Pro which already had the rubber frame ring out (so all the water got into the screen) and so I thought it was over for my laptop. Oliver was super welcoming and clearly walked me through the process of what he would try to do, the timeframe, etc. I got the laptop back working (which I didn't expect - I was just hoping for some data recovery) in time for finals and I had the other parts of my laptop (i.e. mousepad) fixed too."

"I can’t say enough about how great the service was here! I read all the reviews but thought they must’ve done some sort of promo to get that many really high reviews. But nope! No one asked me for a review or even mentioned it at all so this review is completely unsolicited! My son’s iPhone screen seemed to have dead spots so he was unable to text. They were able to replace the screen so quickly and Oliver was so informative and helpful. I took the phone there on a Wednesday for him to look at. He ordered the new screen right then. It arrived the very next day so I dropped it back off and he had it finished in just 30 minutes!! It’s not often you find a place that offers this high a level of customer service and actually does what they say so quickly! If you need a new screen in your iPhone then this is the place to go! Just awesome!"

"I mean what I’m about to say with no exaggeration: if you need anything repaired or checked on for your mac, this is the first and ONLY place to go. I rarely even leave reviews but this was the best customer service I’ve received from any business in any industry. First pricing: I first went to another repair shop that was charging ridiculous prices so I called Mac Simple to see if I could get a better deal thinking maybe I’d save $50-$100… I saved a whopping $400 by coming here. That is an insane amount of money when the total repair I needed ended up costing $850 (would’ve been $1050-$1500, +$250 for backup at the first place I went to). Now not only is their pricing honest, transparent, and fair, but their customer service is out of this world! I was given updates quickly for every step of the repair and they responded when I answered questions within minutes. They also offered to run the computer out to me when the repair was done because parking is impossible on the corner. The final category is speed — the other place that I started my repair process at had me waiting 5 days for diagnosis (the Fourth of July was three days after I turned it in so that’s not as atrocious as it would be otherwise but it’s not great) and they told me the repair would take a week. At Mac Simple I dropped my computer off at ~11am and picked it up fully fixed around noon. I’m a clumsy person so I’ve needed a few repairs and this is a several DAYS faster than any other repair I’ve had. TLDR; this is the only place to get your Mac repaired. You will save lots of money, have the best customer service experience of your life, and have your computer back in your hands days to weeks faster than other places."
