"Roger did a rush inspection of a 1970 Ampeg B15n that I had bought on Craigslist. I was having problems with it giving a bad electrical hum whenever plugged in. I thought I'd been given a dud and I needed an opinion quickly... I paid the rush fee for a quick diagnostic inspection that was turned around to me VERY quickly. Roger was honest in telling me there was nothing wrong with the amp, it was probably just bad power at my place, which turned out to be true (interference from running Ethernet through the power receptacles in my rental house). Roger demo'd the amp for me in the shop, showed me the insides and assured me the work of the last amp tech who restored the amp was top notch. We even got to chat a bit about old Ampegs and how awesome they are. I greatly appreciated Roger's honesty and how prompt he was. I now have a healthy B15n and I know where I will be taking it when it needs maintenance."
