"I hope my experience is not typical because it was extremely bad. They plumbed my whole house there was an issue no one answered the emergency line. I called the next day no one answered the store line. I had to get another plumber come out to fix the issue temporarily. Apparently the plumbing was not correct. I sent pictures to blues plumbing and they told me it wasn't correct as well. So I asked how we're gonna get this fixed and no response? I waited a while to follow up and no response. I sent them the estimate I received from the other plumber to fix it no response . If you have a choice I recommend going to someone else. I do not trust these people. And normally late"

"I have been using these plumbers for about 5 years, other than being really late sometimes, their work is fine and they were fast. I recently hired them to install a new water heater. They quoted me an estimate of $1350. They accidentally sent me two invoices for the work. One invoice said $1350, which was estimate, another said $1020, which was the cost of the actual work done. I paid the $1350 not knowing what the other one was at first. Looked more closely at the other invoice and realized that it was the price of the actual work done and I accidentally paid the estimate. Called and asked if I could get a refund of the difference which was about $330. They said they would get back to me after they figure out how to do that through the third party website they use. Sometime passed and I called to see what is going on but no one answered. Called multiple times over the course of two weeks and left a facebook message but no one answered or got back to me. It is my stupidity for paying the wrong invoice but should have been an easy fix. I guess they cared more about keeping the money than keeping a customer."
