"The Sear’s technician who serviced my lawn mower arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, diagnosed and corrected the problem efficiently and quickly. In addition he provided me with valuable mower operating tips and advice. He was personable and helpful. I would recommend this service technician to anyone."
"Mr. Aziza was very courteous and professional. He arrived earlier than expected based on the tracker. Of course our appliance did not exhibit the problem that we experienced twice, while he was troubleshooting, he continued to try to provide service by initiating a research ticket for the parts that are likely the cause. I appreciated his work ethic and attempts to resolve our appliance issues. Thank you and thank Mr. Aziza for me."
"We were fairly sure that our dryer needed a belt because the drum would not turn. That was not included as a problem in the drop down list. Also, a rough estimate online of cost to replace a belt would be helpful. We chose not to have the repair because of too high cost."
"We had asked for a repair person to defrost our refrigerator, purchased for $3000.00 in 2015 and a problem every year since. But the person who arrived did not know how to do that. Told him did not need routine maintenance as that had been done. When he pulled the refrigerator out there was no dust on the floor and he opened the back panel, briefly vacuumed for seconds as there was no dust- even though I told him we did not need that. Thought perhaps he was looking for something to be wrong- no- he was doing what I said we did not need. Now we were charged $198.00 for absolutely nothing and perhaps 5 minutes of his time. Also, when I asked if there was anything to sign, he said no. So why did we get a "copy" of nothing as we did not sign anything? We've been Sears customers for 62 years. It is sad to see what has happened to this once respected business. And no matter what I try there is no way to actually talk to anyone. Numbers that once worked take me to the same recorded location."
"My husband and I were very impressed with how Mustafa asked the right questions to understand the problem with the freezer that caused it to ice up and leak all over the floor and he was able to diagnose what needed to be done. He also conferred with his manager and followed his advice to ensure everything that could be done was done. When he was finished, he had me take note of when to plug the freezer back into the outlet and when the food could be transferred back into it. He also checked out all of our other appliances that were covered under warranty and suggested that I make an appointment in January to have all of them inspected."
