"Canceled two times on my company. First time for no reason and with no phone call or email to inform our company they were not showing up. The second time they canceled on my company was today, about 10 minutes ago. My company was informed that they only have 3 technicians, unable to provide liability insurance, so could not stand by agreed upon appointment time. Again no call. I had to call them to ask why they hadn’t shown up. Do not speak with Mike if you do decide to call. He clearly is very unprofessional and has no idea what is going on and does not seem to know how to schedule appointments, let alone how to send a tech out. Conveniently there was also no supervisor to whom I could speak too. We are a boating company with full bars and large coolers from which we cool our drinks with. Never before have we ever dealt with such unprofessional companies like this one. Stay away and we’ll clear of this sham and poorly run company. Captain Ben Brummell"
