"Yesterday I brought my car to be serviced for what I thought would be a routine oil and filter change and state inspection. Unfortunately the inspection revealed a brake problem that then turned more complicated as the technicians started work (only the second time I have had to have brakes serviced in over 100K miles of driving). My loaner car was easy to arrange and functioned as expected. My car was ready slightly before promised and with financial terms that were somewhat less than expected/feared. Roberto kept me informed of progress and contacted me promptly when my car was ready (twice to make sure I got his first message). I have had my car serviced by these advisors and technicians for its entire life of over 13 years. I have routinely received timely service within mostly reasonable price ranges from my perspective While I may not pay the absolute lowest price for repairs, I do feel I get a satisfying value and experience when I have routine maintenance or non-routine repairs such as yesterday. In my experience over the years, advisors are as others have stated β professional and cordial. Facilities are comfortable to wait for vehicles with a relatively quiet area for customers. Getting car repairs can be stressful experiences, but I have not had anything but good experiences with this dealership and its staff."
"Great service advisor and my appointment was on time. But my front camera is broken and they are trying to say it was from a rock but im pretty sure it wasn't. My car was in perfect condition before visiting this dealership. I reached out to the service manager and he said he will try to figure out what happened but i haven't heard from him and i called today and they are saying he wasnt there and nobody knew of my situation. I have never had any issues with Infiniti dealerships in the past but this one doesn't seem right..The technician should have better attention to detail. I pulled off and noticed my wheel locking tool was not in my car good thing I caught it because I would have been all the way back in SC and wouldn't have noticed until it was time to rotate my tires. Also he didn't even reset my engine oil service due counter. I think these things are really basic and I hope the right oil was used in my car. Has me alittle worried now. I have emailed corporate to try to get this resolved."
