"I came to Virginia from New York for business. When I got on the highway back to New York, I found that there was something wrong with my car and I had to turn back. Fortunately, I found JL TIRE AND ATUO SERVICE. I explained the situation. I was coming from out of state and needed to return to New York immediately. They immediately arranged to inspect and start repairing my car. They also sent me back to the hotel and drove me back the next day. , I really appreciate this kind of service, the people here are very nice. Most importantly, my car was repaired and I made it back to New York in time to attend an event at my daughter's school. Although my car had problems out of state, I was very happy on the way back because they not only repaired my car but also provided me with other help. I feel very lucky that they are so kind. They did my rear breaks and while they were doing that did the fluid for my differential which I knew had an issue and didn't change any labor on it.
