"We have been loyal customers for many years. There is no service better than Doc's."
"Good communication and trustworthy. We had a laptop with a broken touch screen. We brought it in with a minor deadline. They made the repairs at a fair price and we made our deadline. A few months later we realized the camera and mic weren't working quite right and brought it back expecting to pay since our warranty was over. After checking, they were honest and took ownership of the camera and mic connection issue and made it right."
"I almost never leave reviews, unless it is very good service or super bad service. I went there because my computer won't charge. The charge place in my computer looked like get burned. The front desk was very friendly and helped me right way. However, the person who helped me check my computer was super rude to me, I asked if they sell refurbished phones, since my phone is dying, he said not really, it's not their main business, he answered me, but with an attitude, I sensed he didn't really want to talk to me. I just stopped. After 2 mins, he said my computer was ok, I just needed a new charger. Then, he said he would sell his old charger for 40$, if i choose not buying the charger, I had to pay 40$ for his diagnosis fee. (A new charger cost 18$, it took hims 2 mins to diagnose). Not only he over charge me for a charger, his attitude towards me made me feel like he didn't want to offer me the service because my race. After I told my husband what happened there, he said he should had went in with me, he was outside wait in the car with our daughter. I am not white, I am Asian."
"I accidentally disconnected my external hard drive while I had a document open. My computer would no longer read that I had my hard drive plugged in... I thought I lost EVERYTHING!!! I had my life on that drive! I got referred to Dok Klaus by a reputable friend and I was SO glad I went here! They were able to recover everything AND at an affordable price! I am forever grateful to the staff at Dok Klaus. Thank you so much Dok Klaus!"
"Dok Klaus is the only place I will trust with computer repair. I have used them 3 times over the last 7 years and every time I have found them to be so helpful explaining what was wrong, what it took to fix that I could understand and work with me on cost. Each time I feel the work done was excellent. They even followed up with a call days later asking if things were working well for me. Great service from this company. I can't say enough about them other than to use them. Contact me if anyone would like to know more, they are a rare find in a small family owned company. They care about there customers."
