"3 weeks ago I contacted WSR about work on my sister's mobility scooter. They contacted me the same day and took my payment then hooked me up with a tech that came out on Oct 8th, a few days later. He rode the scooter around and after a fashion determined that it needed a new module and he said he could give it to us at no charge because he would eat the cost and he would toss in a real axle and send me the parts and I would receive them in a FEW DAYS. He stated that the main office would be contacting me for another payment and to set up an appt with another tech to come out and put said parts in. It has been over a week now, 10 days exactly, I have called the first tech 3x and he doesn't answer my calls, I have received no parts, and I have called the main office 2x leaving a vm and my number and have received no calls back. So I guess our first 175.00 was a waste because he came out and said it needed a new part, drove off and now here we are with still a dead scooter. So I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know because they are quick to take the money but slow to answer any questions. I am very disappointed."

"Do not do work for this company! They take far longer to pay for independent contractor services than they originally agreed. I routinely had to badger them to get payment and that was commonly in the 90-100 day range. They lie to you about checks being cut and being sent. They told me one check was cut but it was actually mailed almost one month later. Their national service network is a good idea, they just don't pay without constant effort on the technicians part. Too bad, any people need this service."

"Very upset! Beware Ultra Comfort uses this company as a3rd party I've been calling WSR since August 11,23 only talked to one person, she said she would call the manufacturer to get a price on chair lift controller. Haven't heard from WSR since, I've left many voice mails and not return calls."

"WSR Solutions really helped us out. We had several nagging problems that we could not fix with a wheelchair, a hospital bed, and an adjustable bed. We got a tech named Johnnie (Northern California/Bay Area) and he was amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable, and determined to sort out our issues. I cannot say enough good things about Johnnie's competence and friendliness. You must be patient when calling WSR because they will get back to you. I'm on the West Coast (California) so it was a challenge getting connected by phone because of the time difference, I imagine. But they dutifully returned my calls usually the next day. And when they did, they too were courteous and super supportive."
